Singapore to assist in setting up a world class skill development centre in New Delhi

A world class institute on skill development will soon come up in the city with technical expertise and assistance from Singapore, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said today. Dikshit, who returned from Singapore last night after a three-day visit, said city government was keen to set up a skill development institute in Delhi modelled on Institute of Technical Studies in that country and she was assured by the Singaporean authorities of full support in the project.
