Jack Neo is being slammed over a blog entry he wrote about the MRT graffiti incident.
In his entry posted yesterday, Jack wrote his thoughts about the graffiti and urged the authorities to allow graffiti artists a legitimate avenue to express their art rather than suppress it.
The readers took issue with some of Jack's words:
"Look at the MRT train barbequing the innocent passengers inside before finally derailing. What a beautiful and meaningful composition! Where can we find such realistic and spectacular effects? Ordinary folk wouldn't think of this."
To this, members of the public are unhappy about Jack's seeming callous attitude towards a possible terrorist attack on MRT trains. Full story
