Many Members of Parliament (MPs) are supporting the proposed move to widen the smoking ban
Pasir Ris-Punggol MP Gan Thiam Poh points out that not just Singapore, but the whole world is moving to encourage citizens to quit smoking.
Tanjong Pagar MP Chia Shi-Lu feels that smoking is not just a health issue, but also an environmental issue.
