Many lottery-lovers are unhappy with a new rule implemented recently.
The Singapore Pools now allows a maximum of only 20 betting slips to be submitted at one time. This, according to the company will result in better and more timely service for customers.
Each 4D betting slip allows for four sets of numbers, while each Toto betting slip allows for six sets of numbers. Full story
