Indonesia's upstream regulator BPMigas said Friday it has proposed to supply part of the contracted gas volume to Singapore's Gas Supply Pte Ltd from a different field so that the supplier can avoid paying a non-performance penalty, communication head of BPMigas Gde Pradnyana said Friday.
The supplier ConocoPhillips has been asked by BPMigas to cover a supply short in the domestic market instead. Full story
