Delay travel to Bangkok, Singaporeans advised

    Singapore: Travellers planning to head to Bangkok in the next few days have been advised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to consider waiting until the flood situation improves in Thailand.
    The Governor of Bangkok has warned that Sai Mai and Don Muang districts in northern Bangkok might be hit by floods within the next 48 hours, if reinforcements to the dykes fail.
    Given the unpredictable situation, MFA says the Singapore Embassy in Bangkok has been advising Singaporeans in Bangkok to take all necessary precautions should the situation worsen. Full story
