2 human traffickers nabbed for recruiting Filipino women as "entertainers" to Singapore

    MANILA, Philippines – Bureau of Immigration (BI) operatives arrested two suspected human traffickers at Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA) for recruiting Filipino women as entertainers in Singapore.
    In a report released today, BI Chief Ricardo David Jr. identified the suspects as Lourdes Castelo and Jenneth Cruz. The duo was intercepted as they were about to leave the country with their three victims. Full story
