A former Member of Parliament (MP) has been charged for corruption and criminal breach of trust.
Former MP for Jalan Besar GRC, Choo Wee Khiang has been charged for three counts of corruption, and one count for criminal breach of trust totalling about $10,671.
Choo, 57, is also the former president of the Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA). The position has since been taken by MP Lee Bee Wah, who declined comment on the case. Full story
