Singapore PM: China Driven By Domestic Concerns On Yuan

    HONOLULU -- China will be driven primarily by domestic concerns in its decisions about the value of the yuan, Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong told a gathering of business leaders.
    "The government is trying to keep control in a situation that is inherently moving in different directions," Lee said as he mentioned a growing wealth gap in China's population. "I'm not sure they've solved the problem or have a formula for the long-term future, but they're trying." Full story
