SHANGHAI (MarketWatch) -- The China Securities Regulatory Commission said it approved the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor in October.
The regulator said in a statement Thursday it also approved Taiwan's China Life Insurance Co. and Shin Kong Life Insurance Co., the life-insurance unit of Shin Kong Financial Holding Co. , as QFIIs last month. Full story
