The Regional Director of the Western Pacific for the World Health Organization, Dr. Shin Young-Soo has expressed disappointment on reports pinpointing a number of Western Pacific Region countries including Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam and Cambodia for reflecting a number of dengue cases.
